Draft and Published Workbooks
When you create a workbook, it's created in Draft state. You can make changes to the workbook, and it cannot be added to a collection or viewed by anyone else. Published workbooks can be added to collections and shared with other users. If you’d like to make changes to a published workbook, you can create a Duplicate, then merge the changes with the original published workbook.
Note: If you remove a workbook from all collections, the workbook will be unpublished.
Workbook Editor
To publish a workbook you need to open the workbook in the workbook editor (Figure 1). The Publish button is in the right of the screen.

Unpublishing a Workbook
If you have a published workbook and would like to remove it from a collection, you can "unpublish" the workbook.
Go to the Workbooks page and click on Manage Collections in the bottom right of the workbook tile (Figure 4).
When the collections window opens, click the minus sign beside the collection, then confirm you'd like to remove the workbook.
Close the window. The workbook will have reverted to being a draft.
