In Name, enter the email address of the user you'd like to invite.
Select a user role from the dropdown (see User Roles for more details).
Click Add to move the user details to the bottom panel.
Use these steps to add any additional users. You can also edit the user role and remove a user from the list.
Click Send Invite to send the registration email to the users.
If a user has been sent an email but not completed their registration, they will show status Pending. This will be removed when they register at the site.
Astrato has a variety of user roles with different permission levels - Owner, Administrator, Creator and Viewer.
User permissions are organized around CRUD functions (Create, Read, Update and Delete), as well as a Publish permission for workbooks. Here's a brief summary of the permissions for each user level.
Owner - Full permissions for workbooks, collections, users and settings.
Administrator - Full permissions for workbooks, collections, users and settings.
Creator - Read permissions for all workbooks, users and settings, but only for collections the user has created or have been listed as a member. Create and publish permissions only for workbooks the user has created. Update permissions only for users workbooks, and collections the user has created.
Viewer - Read permissions for workbooks and collections where they have been listed as a user.
